ELECTRONIC MONITORING
We've built a proprietary text filtering system that removes inappropriate and offensive language as well as words and phrases that are indicative of either Cyber Bullying or the sharing (or requesting) of personal information. Our system uses a complex algorithm to look for patterns in strings of text and it is constantly growing and evolving based on actual site usage.
HUMAN MONITORING
We also have a dedicated Customer Protection staff who carefully monitor both user activity and the Electronic Monitoring system. They are constantly updating and upgrading the filtering systems and keeping tabs on behavioral patterns.
REPORTING
If a user feels another user has broken a rule of conduct they can report that user at any time. Our Customer Protection staff looks at every single report. We have a strictly enforced No Cyber-Bullying policy. |
